You can switch from a monthly to a yearly subscription at any time via the subscription management page.

You can cancel your subscription anytime through the subscription management page. Simply select Manage and then Cancel Subscription.

Your Pro subscription will remain active until the next billing date, after which your account will automatically switch to AI aggregate Free.

That's why we comply with all regulations, including charging VAT. It's proof of our accountability as a serious business.

We have deliberately chosen not to adopt the industry-standard credits model and instead operate under a Fair Use Policy. Within the parameters of this policy, you can enjoy unlimited access to the Premium Models.

If your usage reaches 80% of the Fair Use threshold, you may receive a notification but can continue to use the Premium Models. Upon reaching 100% of your allocation, access will be limited to the Free Models until your usage resets at the end of the month.

However, you also have the option to regain access to the Premium Models immediately through a one-time purchase.

We've chosen to offer logins exclusively through Microsoft, Google and Apple to ensure the best possible experience and security for you:

If you also wish to stop using AI Aggregate Free and have your data deleted, you will need to email us at info@aiaggregate.org with your request.

As part of our commitment to your privacy and security, we do not store account details, thanks to our OAuth login system, nor do we handle payment information, which is securely managed by FastSpring. Upon your request for account deletion, your access credentials and prompt history will be permanently removed. But of course, you can previously export all your prompt history.
