	•	"FastSpring" : The merchant of record responsible for processing payments and handling billing-related transactions on behalf of AIaggregate.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, AIaggregate grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your internal business purposes.
5. Restrictions
You agree not to:

	•	Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Services.
	•	Rent, lease, sublicense, or distribute access to the Services.
	•	Use the Services for any unlawful or prohibited activities.
6. User Accounts

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to breach of these Terms.
8.4 Effects of Termination

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Services and any Content provided by us are owned by AIaggregate or its licensors.

12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIaggregate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
	•	Your use or inability to use the Services;
	•	Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein;
	•	Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Services by any third party.
12.1 Maximum Liability
In no event shall AIaggregate's total liability exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AIaggregate and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
