- Type any character or word into the prompt box to make the Management Link appear.

How can I switch from a monthly to a yearly subscription?
You can switch from a monthly to a yearly subscription at any time via the subscription management page.
How can I cancel my AI aggregate Pro subscription?
We’re sorry to see you go. We’re continuously improving our products and would greatly appreciate any feedback you may have at info@aiaggregate.org.
You can cancel your subscription anytime through the subscription management page. Simply select Manage and then Cancel Subscription.
Your Pro subscription will remain active until the next billing date, after which your account will automatically switch to AI aggregate Free.

What do the $-$$$$ or free symbols mean in the model selection?
The symbols indicate the model resource usage.
free Bear in mind that these models still produce consumption and cannot be used endlessly free of charge. Our fair use policy also applies here. Free users are warned at 80% of the usage limit either to take out a subscription or to wait for the monthly limit to be reset. We expect around 300 prompts per month for free models.
$ these models are reserved for pro users, we expect the use of over 5000 prompts per month
$$ these models are reserved for pro users, we expect the use of approx. 500 prompts per month
$$$ these models are reserved for pro users, we expect the use of approx. 200 prompts per month
$$$$ these models are reserved for pro users, we expect the use of approx. 50 prompts per month
$-$$$$ the models process tasks more intensively, which can impact your overall usage limits. Please consider this when selecting a model to ensure optimal performance within the fair use policy. Check your user stats with the Agent Model (see above)

Can I use the Premium Models without any limits?
We have deliberately chosen not to adopt the industry-standard credits model and instead operate under a Fair Use Policy. Within the parameters of this policy, you can enjoy unlimited access to the Premium Models.
If your usage reaches 80% of the Fair Use threshold, you may receive a notification but can continue to use the Premium Models. Upon reaching 100% of your allocation, access will be limited to the Free Models until your usage resets at the end of the month. However, you also have the option to regain access to the Premium Models immediately through a one-time purchase.
This approach ensures fair access for all users by preventing excessive consumption from impacting the overall availability and performance of the Premium Models.

As part of our commitment to your privacy and security, we do not store account details, thanks to our OAuth login system, nor do we handle payment information, which is securely managed by FastSpring. Upon your request for account deletion, your access credentials and prompt history will be permanently removed. But of course, you can previously export all your prompt history.
